During these times of job loss, remote work environments, virtual training, quarantine, and social distancing many are trying to survive the challenge instead of thriving by embracing the opportunities of the “new” reality of working and living. Many feel overwhelmed and stuck due to life’s circumstances. This training will focus on purposely and strategically introducing the concept and application of emotional intelligence into building resilience and wellness for personal and professional development.
This training will provide insight and guidance into how to increase and implement emotional intelligence into raising awareness and enhancing practices that will better facilitate personal and professional development. By adopting a wellness perspective participants can create and facilitate more satisfaction, effectiveness, resilience, and purpose. This information will be helpful as a tool for strategic planning by understanding how emotional intelligence can increase wellness and build resilience to support participants in their personal and professional lives.
